👤 How It Started

Swiftly was founded by Ben Van Aken — originally as a solo consultancy — after years of working inside large organizations like Culligan International, leading ERP and CRM projects across Europe, North America, and Asia. With firsthand experience navigating system rollouts, change management, and the chaos of post-go-live life, Ben saw the need for a partner who wasn’t just technical — but calm, reliable, and hands-on.

So he built it.

Swiftly Business Consulting began with one person helping companies organize their systems and reduce the noise. That solo effort soon grew into something bigger.
