Swiftly Business Consulting was founded by Ben Van Aken after 15+ years in operational roles across Europe. Having led ERP implementations, M&A integrations, and process transformations from the inside, Ben built Swiftly Business Consulting to deliver the kind of hands-on expertise that traditional consulting firms can’t.
We work with clients in Belgium, the Netherlands, the Czech Republic, Hungary and Austria. Our remote support team is based in the Philippines.

What does "embedded consulting" actually mean?
It means our consultants join your team as integrated members rather than as external advisors who visit once a week. We work alongside your people, in your systems, on your timeline.
How quickly can you start?
Most engagements begin within 5–10 business days of signing. We don’t have long mobilisation cycles: our consultants are pre-vetted and ready to deploy.
How does pricing work?
The outsourced team is a monthly rate by consultant level: Junior, Medior or Senior. Those monthly rates are the team’s, not Ben Van Aken’s fee. Hiring Ben is a day rate from €1,000, or €125/hour for shorter engagements, excluding VAT.
Do you work with companies outside Belgium?
Yes. We have delivered projects in Belgium, the Netherlands, the Czech Republic, Hungary and Austria. Our remote support team is based in the Philippines. Consultants work in English, Dutch and French.
